TweakedHosting provides web hosting to a large number of clients. We have a responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available. TweakedHosting reserves the right to change this Policy any time, so please, check this page at least once a month or when in doubt. TweakedHosting strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our servers. We respect freedom of speech and expression unless it is harmful to others. These brief guidelines are imposed to protect you, other TweakedHosting customers and us against such harm.
The following guidelines have been established to insure this intent is met.
Users may not initiate the following on our servers: Run any process that requires more than 8Mb of memory space, more than 30 CPU seconds, or use more than 5% of all available system resources at any time. Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD. Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
Run any site with adult-oriented content, including but not limited to any pornographic material. Current Banned Content List:

- Ikonboard (all versions) Try InvisionBoard instead
- IRC Egg Drops & IRC related programs. (PSYBNC, etc.)
- IRC Servers (ircd, etc)
- Daemon processes
- Chat software.
- lstmrge.cgi
- Proxy Servers & Scripts (EX: nph-proxy)
- Shell, SSH, Telnet Scripts and Shell, SSH, Telnet Alternatives (cgitelnet.pl)
- Web / CGI based telnet servers
- The Anonymizer
- UltimateBBS (all versions)
- YABB + YABB se (all versions)
- Soap mailers
- Transmission of Unsolicited Email or SPAM
- Any script that uses & processes a massive number of flatfiles or large flatfile databases. If we find banned scripts active in your account, we will suspend your account and disable or remove the offending script and send you an email notifying you of our actions.
