Tweaked - Remote Databases

Hello, As a policy we have always denied remote access to the website databases for the protection and security of the systems. From now on, we will continue this policy but we will allow remote database access to mysql for individual sites from only trusted hosts. So if you need to access your database remotely, please open a support ticket starting so and why you need to do so. You may be asked for identification verification as well in order to be granted such access. If you are granted remote access, it will only be to a specified host IP that we approve.
