Tweaked Home Office: Winter Ice Storm

Hi, A winter ice storm hit Ma, VT and NH and has shut down many cities and towns. Our town of New Boston was hit hard. Electricity has been out 5 days so far. There is finally power at the center of town but our area is still down. I am keeping my family warm with a small fireplace and wet wood. I have to scavenge for dry wood to keep the fire going. Fortunately , late last night a religious group delivered a generator so heating is no longer an issue. It was a close call with having my grandmother staying with us but we will make it just fine. Another storm is on the way but hopefully it will just be snow this time.

While this emergency did not effect our servers as they are located in GA, CA and TX, it has our home office offline and it is still offline as I write. I may not be able to offer help over the next few days as it is hard to find Internet access right now. Our main site www.tweakedhosting.com will be put in maintenance mode so we do not receive  any new orders until this disaster is over. Current customers may still access everything they need and may still submit tickets, however, they may not be answered for some time. Please be patience during this crisis and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation during the hard time we current face. Thank you, Jason Harcus
