Forum? Should we?

Hi, I am thinking heavily about adding a forum to our main company site like just about every hosting company has. We have never had a forum in 9 years in business. It would not be for Tweaked Hosting customer support directly but the main purpose would be a great place to have all sorts of questions answered and members could help each other. It could be used so we all can discuss how things work and there could be sections on each part of the hosting such as all the scripts and so on.

Feel free to give your comments on this topic. I would would love to hear them.
