Super Tweaked Plan and Frauders

We have to increased the pricing of our lowest cost plan. We do not receive enough signups and need to make more money to stay afloat. Don't worry, current hosting with us is not effected. Once you purchase hosting with us for a particular plan, you are locked in at that price as long as you don't change the plan.

Also at times, frauders come and signup and it seems to be in waves. During the times there are many of them, our system will except orders that pass the security checks but hold the order for us to manually approve it just in case. It is very expensive for us to have orders that are fraud because of charge-backs and fees that remain after we have to refund the money. The turn around time will be 10 minutes to 3 hours in general for your plan to be live so we can double check the orders for possible fraud. Thank you for your understanding.

Affiliate Commission Increased!

The Affiliate recurring commission is now raised from 5% to 7.5%. This should help our affiliates and partners earn some extra income by referring us new web hosting customers to Tweaked Hosting. Please note that the 7.5% commission is only for new orders and not for past orders you are currently earning income from. Our plan is to have the commission at 10% soon but we need to be making a profit on our business before we can do this.

Also all commissions are delayed for 33 days from the point of order payment received since the end user has the option to cancel hosting within 30 days of placing the order for a full refund. If they cancel the order then no commission will be paid to your affiliate account. You will be paid on a recurring basis according to the signups transaction details for as long as they are an active paying customer of Tweaked Hosting.

I hope the higher commission rate will be an added incentive for our Affiliates to increase their efforts to promote Tweaked Hosting.

AtlantaNAP - GA Data Center Downtime

We just experienced a short downtime of about 5 minutes on our servers in GA. Here is the statement from the NOC:

"
5/20 Power Outage RFO Severe storm cells came through North Georgia Region this evening. AtlantaNAP experienced an over current fault outage on one of our 2 main feeds. The feed is the original feed that has the most load currently connected to it. The amount of systems connected to the load is the amount of lightning and over current that will try to be passed to the system – i.e. if you don’t have very much load on it - like our new feed is currently only at 1/6th load - then current does not try to flow to it very much. Our first system is currently at 65% load so it tried to absorb much more of the lightning strike than the other one and hence the main breaker going into over current fault.

I have spoken with all of our key electrical engineers associated with the building at this point. According to Georgia power / our PSSI and Cummins engineers – we likely took a lightning strike to the utility very near the facility which caused an over current fault on our main incoming breaker on our first set of switchgear. The breaker is designed to trip in the event of this kind of fault to protect the gear (your computers) inside the building from being burned up by the lightning strike.

When this type of fault happens - the computer that is the brains of the switchgear will not start the generators until an engineer verifies where the fault is. This is because a fault inside the wiring plant could also cause this kind of over current in the event of a main short if a feeder wire of main current in the building were to become damaged.
In that case it would be very dangerous to turn the power back on manually or to force a manual start of the gen sets and push current to the system with a fault remaining. Lives and machinery could be lost.

We dispatched several of our staff visually to inspect for faults – (we did not want to turn something on and have it fry everyone’s gear) and found none and verified it was likely a lightning strike and manually started the generators to restore power. Unfortunately the ups system is only designed to carry that load for 10 minutes which was not enough time for us to safely verify and do a manual start.

This is apparently a rare event – to get a direct utility strike like this – that close that does not get dissipated before it hits us. The farther away from your site the strike occurs - the more other load and grounds it has to dissipate before it gets to you.

The good news is we did not burn up any equipment.

Some of you did not lose power because you were connected to the other lightly loaded feed coming in and it was not enough load source to overwhelm the breaker since it is only 18% loaded at this point.

Some of you lost network connectivity because downstream feeder switches that your computers are connected to are only single power supply units.

We are in the process of examining a facility wide network upgrade that will move to a newer chassis based solution throughout the facility - we started looking at this as a way to offer new services capability that many f you have been asking for - it is a costly upgrade and will bring redundancy but also brings some pitfalls as well since you have more connections into a single chassis. We are still looking at this currently and will keep you up to date as to the direction we decide to move.

They have told me that under normal operating conditions there is really nothing we could have done and we should simply be glad we had good equipment installed that kept our computers from being fried.

I am thankful that I am not looking at a lot of damaged equipment that could not simply be turned back on - that would be a disaster I do not want to deal with. At this point it seems like the new switchgear with over current protection was a good investment."

Forum? Should we?

Hi, I am thinking heavily about adding a forum to our main company site like just about every hosting company has. We have never had a forum in 9 years in business. It would not be for Tweaked Hosting customer support directly but the main purpose would be a great place to have all sorts of questions answered and members could help each other. It could be used so we all can discuss how things work and there could be sections on each part of the hosting such as all the scripts and so on.

Feel free to give your comments on this topic. I would would love to hear them.

Attention SPAMMERS! - Warning! Warning!

This note is a warning to spammers who may try to use our service.

Hi Spammers,

How are you? I hope great. Well, please take note that like an alarm in a car or in a home is to a thief, the Tweaked system is like that to a spammer. So let's say you get a web hosting account at Tweaked Hosting and setup your little spamming script and set it in motion. Guess what is going to happen? It gets shut down in 1 second flat. Your scripts are saved and complete logs are as well. A real-time recording of your email list and email contents are saved as well. We allow a moment of brief run to have a snapshot of your abusive activity for further proof to use in legal recourse's.

So do you want to waste your time and ours using our $2.50 plan just so you can get shut down and have nice package of damaging and incriminating evidence against you. Wow! What $2.50 buys these days!

Ok well, cheers and have a great future!

Your Buddy,

Jason Harcus

New Feature - User Configurable Email Spam and Virus Protection

We've been hard at work making everything better at TweakedHosting. There is a new email spam and virus protection system that you will be able to completely control in your Cpanel web site control panel. You will now be able to see what exactly happens to your emails and spam in Cpanel. You will see all sorts of features, configurations and statistical data on what happens to your email. The new Spam and Virues system is sure to impress you!

Complete Feature List:

What is ASSP ? As described on ASSP website and WIKI, ASSP could be considered the absolute best SPAM and VIRUS fighting weapon that the world has ever known .

ASSP = Anti Spam Server Proxy

internet > ASSP (SPAM/virus filter) > EXIM > your user inbox

ASSP includes RBL checks, Bayesian filter , HELO SPF PTR MX A records checks, an advanced Penalty box, Delaying (greylisting) filter, URIBL , BombRe , automatic whitelisting , SPAM Scoring mode, ClamAV antivirus integration, SPAM reports, low hardware requirements , and more ...

Why ASSP is better than any other SPAM solution? Powerful & complete . ASSP is more powerful and complete of any existent SPAM solution. Tons of features, you have control on everything .It stops 90%-95% SPAM with default relaxed ASSP settings (fully customizable using countless features). It runs such as a single perl service (assp.pl) and it's NOT a resource hog. An old server or VPS can run ASSP without problems. .You can forget Spamassassin overloads , definitely . ASSP uses only 1 perl daemon to execute smtp connections , spamd (spamassasin) uses a spamd process for each email and each spamd eats about 6%-9% of your server cpu.

ASSP includes server wide antivirus (using the ClamAV demon). ClamAV integrated with ASSP uses about 1% cpu to process each message against the 40%-100% continuos usage if you are using clamAV integrated with cPanel/exim. It can also checks for virus whitelisted email and/or local users. It runs on VPS too without problems No more headaches configuring exim to block spam dictionary attacks , or to set another RBL ...ASSP controls everything.ASSP installs ONLY on /usr/local/assp , it's only a perl file and requires few perl modules. No risk to mess your server .Set it and forget it .Easy to use , mantain and upgrade .Using our ASSP you can enable or disable SPAM filters , report spam/not spam, false positive , read detailed logs , enable/disable spambox, receive daily SPAM report, without calling you... What does include ASSP Deluxe for Cpanel ?
Currently ASSP Deluxe for cPanel can

Using the ASSP Deluxe for Cpanel Web interface your Cpanel clients can enable or disable ASSP SPAM filters per domain and per subdomain. If you activate scoring mode , they can enable/disable assp scoring mode too.

Detailed log files (*) ASSP Deluxe for Cpanel Web interface your Cpanel clients can see detailed info about tagged or rejected emails.

Email Spam & Virus Potection Follow up Notice

The new Email Spam and Virus system is now live and you can go to your cpanel control panel to see what all the fuss is all about. It is listed in the Email section and called 'Spam ASSP' and has a yellowish Spam Icon. I have decided to simplify the default settings for you so you don't get overwhelmed. With the Spam Scoring system enable which is by default you have fewer options but a more automated email system to stop spam. I am giving you complete control over this whole thing. If you disable the "Spam Scoring" then more options will open up but prepared to get bewildered and start learning new terms you never heard of before. I really think you should stay with the score system as it will learn and get better and better the more email it scores. Plus you will have less to mess with.

It is crazy cool the power you now have at TweakedHosting over your email and spam and what happens to it. You can now see everything and the results. I am holding nothing back. Good luck finding another web host with this level email spam and virus protection control and capability. You can even shut it all off and swim in the myriads of spams you will receive.

I will post an announcement at http://www.tweakedhosting.com/clients/announcements.php with complete features and details today.

So just take note that for a few days the spam may be higher than normal, especially today since the old Spammasssin was disabled so this replacement could be implemented and also Exim has to be rewritten in the configuration so we are starting fresh.

Spam detection is expected to be 90-95 percent improved with a near zero faults positive. This system is using a spam box just in case so you will never loose your emails in a faults positive event.

I think every possible angle is covered now. Well please check it out and look for full details in our announcement section.

Mysql 5+ and updates - Cpanel/Plesk Full Managed Services

TweakedHosting needs to preform a major update to all Cpanel/Plesk 'Full Managed' hosting services. This means all Cpanel Shared hosting servers and all 'Full Managed' Cpanel or Plesk Dedicated servers. We are not responsible for 'Self Managed' servers or regular 'Managed' servers for security and software updates unless you subscribed or purchased a Security/Software update service. We need our servers to be running MySQL V5 + instead of 4.1 for a few reasons. The main one is for added security in MySQL 5 but also for database speed improvements and stability. We have not had any problems with the current versions for reliability but the potential security issues are the biggest concerns at the moment.

Some issues may come into play. Some web scrips my need to be informed or configured for MySQL 5. Most scripts should work as the Cpanel updater will convert all databases to the new format. However, we are not responsible to configure your web scripts. Potential for corruption is possible, so all databases will be backed up prior to the upgrade. Now we need to do this ASAP so there is only a one to two hour window before this will commence. (Posted 9:15 am EST)

We are first running the standard Cpanel up dates, which are in progress. After this we will backup everything on each server including databases. Then update Apache for the new script loaders. Then MySQL will be upgraded. Apache updated again and then Cpanel update again to sink all changes.

This will take the better part of the day and there is also potential for downtime at the web server level meaning you will not see your sites at times during this day of Monday the 21st 2008. The servers themselves will not be down at all. The Apache web server needs to be shut down during the Cpanel and Apache updates plus MySQL needs to be shut down during the database conversion from 4.1 to 5.0.1+ (whatever the current version is).

If you get the chance, you should put your sites in maintenance mode but I can not give an actual window ETA as the timing may fluctuate as problems arise. Hopefully, everything will work perfect and go smooth as the last few major updates have.

Thank you for being with us and understanding how important it is to be and remain secure in the face of the on-slot of hacker attempts.

If your web script can not run with MySQL 5 then we will have to work something out later. Sorry for any inconvenience this may present. Don't forget we maintain a daily backup of all Cpanel web site accounts for seven days straight plus a monthly backup. This means that if your site does not like MySQL, then it is possible to move it to another MySQL 4+ server with no real issues. If we have to we will run a special non-public MySQL 4.1 only server (no other services running) just for web sites depending on out-of-date web scripts stuck on MySQL 4 but will be a last resort effort if can not update, configure for use another script that supports MySQL 5+. One more point to keep in mind is that MySQL 4 is at end of life support from the developers anyway. It is smart for that reason alone to move to MySQL 5.

Microsoft Email Issues Resolved ?? - YES!

We have finally received a positive response from Microsoft on the email issues with Hotmail, MSN and other email services of theirs.

Here is a sample of there message:
"... We have conducted an investigation into the emails originating from your IP space and we have implemented a fix for your deliverability problem. This fix may take up to 48 hours to fully replicate through our system. I hope that the information that I have provided to you has been helpful. ... "

So it looks like very soon, our customers and their websites, will soon be able to send email to a Microsoft supported email service. This a relief as after about 5 months of aggravation, compliance and failed attempts to resolve the situation with no results to the point of us having to ban our own customers from having a Hotmail or MSN account. They did have a disclaimer in their message that they still may reject email from our servers so it is not a guarantee. We'll see.

Hostmail, Live, MSN = No Go

There is an update to this story. Please scroll to the bottom to read.

Microsoft is rejecting emails from our servers. This is an on going problem for a few months. We have complied in every way possible to satisfy their requirements to no avail. Our servers are not on blacklists and we do not support spam. Yet they do not even reply to our support tickets with them. With no assistance for a solution, we have made one our selves.

TweakedHosting no longer supports email from Hotmail, MSN, Live or any Microsoft free or paid public email service. (we will not block those emails)

Many hosts are suffering from the abusive way Microsoft is handling the power of their email services. They even insist that small companies fork over up to $1400 to be third party certified. The funny thing is, this cost is a drop in the bucket to real spammers, and there is evidence that there are certified spammers out there. Just look at the spam you still currently get in your Hotmail account. If you get those spams, then why can't our customers get our emails to their own Hotmail accounts? Are we spamming our customers when their invoice is due?

We can live with this as TweakedHosting can insist that new and current users do not have a Microsoft type email in their account contact details. The real problem is, we are a web host and our customers suffer as well. Their sites are not able to receive email from a Microsoft email server either.

Well guess what? We are not alone! All over the internet, legitimate websites web hosts and companies are raising their voices. Please take a few moments to see one such example:

Are Hotmail cutting their own throat Please feel sorry for us and the many other oppressed businesses and websites out there. We need your support to fight this. Remember, there are many other free email services out there that are not so oppressive and work quite well, who still fight spam with industry standard acceptable meathods and guess what? You'll get our emails if your a customer or ask pre-sale questions. I doubt you will be sorry if you leave any of the email services of Microsoft.

Update: We finnally received a response from Microsoft. They said they will be allowing our emails and emails from our servers to be sent to their email users.

Hosting Plans - A few Improvements

Our Cpanel Shared Hosting plan called Basic or in other words the 'Try Us' plan has been modified from 250 MB to 300 Mb data storage space. That's right, a full fledged Cpanel Web Hosting plan for only $2.50 a month.

Some of the Reseller plans received storage space increases as well. The ResellerB place is now 4 GB storage space from 3 GB. The ResellerC plan was 5 GB space and it is now 7GB.

All other plans remain the same. However, it has been decided to activate and or leave Frontpage extensions running on the Cpanel servers as some clients have requested this option to be brought back. We will not provide support other than allowing our servers run the Frontpage extensions. Since Frontpage has reached its end-of-life with Microsoft, it has no support from them either.

ASPX - You now can run ASPX and .net (currently v1) sites and applications on our Cpanel servers. This does not mean ASP as they are not the same. There are various language codes supported now. For more information look up Mod_mono.

Our client portal now has the upgrade/downgrade functions finished. You may now upgrade or downgrade any of your hosting plans with us. You may also switch from CPanel shared hosting to Reseller Hosting as well but you can not go the other way with out submitting a ticket. It is important that you know what you are doing if downgrading because if you are using more storage space than the plan you are going to, your Cpanel account will be suspended by our system due to being over quota. Also is downgrading, you may have problems if let's say you are using more Databases than the plan you are go to allows. ... Just some heads up pointers that TweakedHosting will not be held accountable for if things don't go so smooth in a downgrade.

You may now cancel any hosting plan you have with us with out submitting a support ticket. This is just another feature. You are never trapped at TweakedHosting. You must submit a support ticket if you will be cancelling your client portal account since this contains your private sensitive data.

We are all about giving you options, features and knowledge which in turn gives you the power to control and do as you need for your web sites.

Email Issues - PHP as Nobody

For now on, we will not allow PHP scripts to send emails as the user 'nobody' as is the default user for the Apache web server.

The reason for this is that other emails servers in general tend to see email sent as 'Nobody' as a source of spam and we have some customers with big member sites. In order to stay out of spam blacklists, we are change the way the web server handles emails generated via PHP scripts.

This means that you must make sure you configure your scripts if applicable to use your own site user account instead of the Apache user 'nobody'. Now on some scripts this may be a problem but you can also use SMTP over PHP which may scripts now support. Many scripts will work fine out of the box using the sites own user name as the sender. This also makes your site and our servers look better to other email servers.

What we have done is improved upon what we have in place already for security of your web site and our servers. Since we have SuPHP and Suexec running (along with mod_security + 1000's of custom security rules), we can enable the Apache Web Server and WHM/Cpanel not to allow the user 'nobody' to send email from web site scripts.

As most of you know, we have been battling Microsoft sites such as MSN and Hotmail from rejecting emails that come from our servers. We are looking at every angle to please their email systems. Please help us and yourselves by cooperating in this endeavor. - Jason Harcus

Changes for the Better

TweakedHosting is about to change for the better very soon.

For starters, while our customer center is better than it ever has been for user ease of use and functionality and being completely part of our site was great, it is limiting on our site design and on the ease of making changes or adding services on our live site. Because of this, our team has been hard at work on an even better customer portal with many new and great enhancements for our users.

The big thing for the Tweaked workers is that the system will be templated and since I am a Joomla expert we will be go back to it so we can manage our site content better.

What this means is we will be making available all of the services and products that TweakedHosting offers. Some of these services have never been offered publicly but only by customer request and mostly for local business and partners in our home state of NH. What this also means for our current customers is that you will be able to take advantage of more versatile web hosting features at TweakedHosting. This will also mean the future growth and financial stability of TweakedHosting will improve.

Everything you already have will be the same for hosting and domain names. Yet more capabilities will be freely made available by default in your shared hosting packages. We currently support hundreds of possible modules and features for hosting that you do not know of. Soon we with be publishing and documenting the actual service capabilities for your reading. You already can do so much more than you know at TweakedHosting at no additional cost to you. Case-in-point is that many other big hosts make you go to dedicated hosting for simple things and functionality that can easily be served within the Apache Web Server System. Of course, there are somethings that are not suitable for Shared Hosting as they may interfere with your fellow sites on the server.

Here are a few of the tidbits (Big tidbits) regarding new free and paid services offerings coming soon.

New Customer Portal allowing access to everything at TweakedHosting. This will tie Our web site, Customer Center and Control Panels together. You will even be able to add links to your login scripts like for your forums and so on.

Amazing new company site plus information and online help plus all our services available.

WEB SITE BUILDER FREE to all Cpanel shared hosting customers - All hosting accounts will come with a Web Site Builder accessible from Cpanel. It is possible to import an existing template or site to work on it.

Our site, Customer Portal, Web Site Builder and Cpanel will all be multi-lingual supporting about 20 of the most popular languages.

Online Automated Backup Services

Security / Encryption Services

Data Recovery Services.

Complete Range of Manage Services such as Server Management, Security Hardening, web site hosting management and so on.

Game Servers and Voice Servers like Teamspeak.

There will more as time follows but some other little enhancements is you will be able to build not only your own dedicated servers to your needs but you will be able to custom build your web hosting plans. We will also be offering 1 free domain name with all new paid hosting account excluding the $2.50 plan but all yearly paid plans for Shared Hosting, Resellers and Dedicated servers will have 1 free domain name included if wanted.

This is a short summery of what is to come without the details. Current customers, please submit, your feature and service requests in a support ticket. New potential customers, please use our contact us form to ask any questions or submit features requests. Hopefully, we'll be able to meat some of or all of what you want to see at TweakedHosting.

Problems at EMail Providers Continued Part 2

Please note that there are problems or have been problems with some free email providers like Google, Hotmail and Yahoo. Each has created there own set of rules in order for other email servers to send email to their users. We have resolved most the issues. However, it may be wise not to use FREE email providers since they are so laden with SPAM and have to take non-standard measures to combat their problems. This in turn makes problems for thousand of other email servers across the Internet. If you must use a FREE email provider or even the paid versions of these providers then please make it a point to add our emails to your white lists with them. Remember this effects your websites emails too.

It is highly recommended by TweakedHosting that you make it a point to only use your ISP email as your primary contact email with us. Our system allows a primary and alternate email. Please use both so in the event we need to contact you there is always a work email for us to use to reach you.

We are only having issues with Hotmail and MSN at this time. So if you would like emails from your websites to reach a MSN or Hotmail account then you will need to add your sites to their system at
https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=senderid&page=support_senderid_options_form_byemail&ct=eformts

We have already added a SPF Record for all shared hosting sites with us. They will require yours. Please open a support ticket to obtain it from us.

Problems at EMail 'FREE' Providers Part 1

It appears that some of the major email providers have some special rules or communication protocols that are not standard now.

MSN, Hotmail, AOL, Google and some others. It appears since they are so big that they make their own rules. I doubled checked and our system meats and surpasses all standard and legal requirements for spam and communication protocols. This means we now must build in support for their special little demands so our users emails do not end up in their spam or 'black hole' boxes.

They are going out side accepted standards and causing clean, non-abusive emails to be blocked. We are not on any blocked spam lists and have strict spam policies and a system in place using all the major block spam lists. We do not enforce anything that is not a universal acceptable standard but those companies are.

We are looking over how we will handle this. Quite frankly, we have no choice but to build in the special case support they may force since so many use their free email services. The problem is each one of them are requiring a unique set of protocols and non of them agree on a set standard. Totally ridiculous.

We may have to enforce that our customers not use a free email service on their primary contact email with us or even the paid versions of the above mentioned email providers for the time being.

Rest assured I am personally working on new email rules and protocols in our extensive email spam server that would take care of the problems with some of these email providers. I already satisfied something Comcast was blocking emails for.

Just remember that we and you, our users, have not been a source of spam and we have a strong spam fighting system actively working. These other email providers are not just blocking us and our servers but many many other providers for the fact that they are using non-standard practices to try and curtail spam abuse on their systems. A noble cause with a not so noble effect.

So please make sure that you update your primary contact email you have on file with us to one not associated with the above mentioned problem email providers. Comcast users should be good to go. Please open a support ticket if you suspect any issues between your email provider and tweakedhosting. Most ISP providers do not have these problems but you never know. The main culprits are BIG free email providers, who happen to host the largest base of abusers and spammers who use free systems to spread spam.

--update--- reverse DNS, SPF records and domain keys are supported in our system, this helps with Comcast, Gmail (Google) and Yahoo - you may need to ask for some measure to be applied per Cpanel account level if you are having issues still.

New High Powered Servers and Shared Cpanel accounts move

Our New super servers have been in configuration and testing in the last few months. One is ready to go and another is still under testing review.

These servers are advanced Intel servers. They are capable of 8 processors. We will be running with 4 at half speed. We will increase the speed and add processors as needed and always be ahead of demand. These servers will all be 8GB of high speed ECC server RAM out the gate. As needed they can be upgraded to over 100GB of RAM. These servers will be used for Cpanel/WHM servers and we have officially decided to always support Cpanel. Our new hosting system will eventually be available to all. Our new hosting system will only be ran from in house servers as we will not be leasing servers for that hosting system to help our bottom line but we will be leasing servers for Cpanel servers only.

The new Cpanel servers your sites are going to be on will fully support current scripts and much much more. They are built with CentOS 64-bit with complete multi-threading support ( multiple CPU support ) for everything, Cpanel/WHM, Apache Web server, PHP and so on. Even, MySQL is configured for 64-bit multi-threading with extra speed optimization. We may even have MySQL only servers to alleviate load from the main Cpanel web servers.

Apache web server configuration will be as follows unless otherwise stated at a later time:
Apache 2.2.6
PHP 5.2.3 default main(possibly 5.2.4 soon)
PHP 4.4.7 secondary - available
Zend Optimizer - Newest
Perl 5.8.8
Cpanel/WHM 11 (Release - Supporting 64-bit/multi-threads)
MySQL 4.1.22 or latest (v5 soon)
Mod_Security 2
Mod_mono - Newest

We also have Mod_mono which is an exceptional platform for ASPx and .net. It support many code languages like Java, C++, Visual Basic and Cobalt so you'll be able to build killer web apps!

There is much more to talk about but the main thing now is sites will be moved very soon.

We will be moving a few of customer site in the next few weeks to our new super servers. If your site is going to be moved we will contact you on the details and instructions.

If you are a domain customer under our Tweaked Hosting Domain Services, we will let you know when it is your turn but we will do the complete process for you and you will not have to interact. If you have your main site domain at another registrar, you will have to update your name servers at that appointed time.

If you are not contacted then it means your site or sites will not be moved.

Thanks for your attention - Jason Harcus

New Features - Stats & Email

Stats
We have enabled you the ability to control the Stat software you use in Cpanel. You can turn off or on individually Analog, Webalizer and AWStats per website, per add-on domain and per sub-domain.

Email Spam and Virus Protection
We have been running our advanced email spam scanning system live for over 1 month now. It has greatly reduced the spam levels. You have full control over this system right in your Cpanel under MailScanner. You may stay with the default settings if you wish as they are quite effective. You can also white-list and Blacklist emails as you need. We have endeavored to make your end as simple as possible. On our end the system is using 3 Spam databases updated every 5 minutes. It learns based on algorithms of quantity, location, content and so on. It uses Spamassassin codes and a number of other systems such as Razor Cloudmark.com - For Example:

Today's Totals on the Crown server
Processed: 10,242 - 97.8Mb
Clean: 731 - 7.1%
Viruses: 8 - 0.1%
Blocked files: 0 - 0.0%
Others: 0 - 0.0%
Spam: 2,139 - 20.9%
High Scoring Spam: 7,364 - 71.9%

Amazing! That's just one server and only 7.1 percent of the email it receives is good stuff. Well, no more cluttered email boxes for our customers.
